Lots of opportunity to learn.
Work can be very complex and challenging.
Had the best boss I've ever had here.
Compensation is lower than competitors. Promotions rarely ever happen. You have to apply for the next level if you want to move up.
8 paid holidays is pretty minimal compared to most companies.
Vacation accrual is slow. You start at 2 weeks and get 1 additional week every 5 years. After 10+ years, I was paid out 48 out of 160 "earned" vacation hours because of the company's 10% accrual per month.
Company doesn't really care about people. Shipping tons of jobs to India to save money.
Remote work is difficult to find here.

Overall, I wasn't very impressed by the interviewer nor the process. What was supposed to be an interview with the manager and at least two other employees turned out to be just with the manager, as the employees were unable to make it for one reason
Applied online, then scheduled a phone interview. No difficult questions. Waiting for reply.
Not too technical, mostly focused on my fit with the team. I was a candidate at the Grace Hopper Conference and had a couple of phone interviews. Then, I interviewed in person at the conference.
