Great benefits, and the CTC building is very new and packed full of cool and fun events.
If you find yourself on the wrong team, you can lose a lot of motivation and end up looking elsewhere in the company or leaving altogether.
Create proper boundaries.
Really simple interview based around resume. Semi-behavioral, mostly technical but no LeetCode or tests. I was interviewed by a manager, not a recruiter. As a student, they do ask more low-level questions on programming structure and things.
Two-step process: 1. HR round, setting up further rounds. 2. Technical interview with a group of the software team (coding round, panel). 3. Manager round interview on behavioral questions and past work experience.
One initial phone screen with an HR representative, then another phone interview with a software engineering contractor within the team they were considering me for. It was super laid back and had no technical questions. The process totaled 2-3 week
