This company offers a good blend of exposure to every aspect of your work, be it technical or non-technical. The scale with which we work is unparalleled. Good work-life balance and lots of opportunities for extra activities.
Too many management layers. In some groups, you may see more directors than are actually needed. I wish Comcast would also take a lean approach and cut down on redundant and thick management layers.
