Contacted for an interview two months after applying for the role and waited two weeks to get on the HR person's calendar.
The HR screening was simple, just reaffirming interest and asking salary expectations.
The HR person was a little crass, cutting me off in the middle of talking due to time constraints. I assume it was because she had back-to-back meetings all day.
Next was the managerial interview. Typical behavioral questions. We had good rapport, but the manager seemed completely uninterested during my responses and couldn't really answer my questions about the company due to their tenure only being a month long.
Overall, it seems like they had already made up their mind. When I asked for individual feedback (because I thought the interview went well), I received none.
