Process
The interview process was similar to many other startups. It included a 30-minute filtering recruiter interview to discuss the role. This was followed by a 60-minute interview with the hiring manager to discuss the team, values alignment, and technical experience. A final 90-minute technical conversation with two engineers included a 40% hands-on CoderPad session and 60% technical questions regarding the resume.
