Pros: We are building awesome tech. The company is super competitive, and the business is doing incredibly well. Employees are treated with respect and are empowered to be productive. It's a highly collaborative environment.

Cons: Designs and programs change rapidly, and it can be hard to keep up with for some. The company is growing rapidly, so processes and employee expectations aren't always well defined. (Not an explicit con, in my opinion, but it is what it is: fairly male-dominated, although that is changing.) People work hard and work late, which can create pressure for others to work later hours.

Pros: Incredible engineering culture that is very tenacious.

Cons: There is some fragmentation across some teams and verticals in the company.

Pros: Good salary and an interesting position in the industry. Great focus on the customer experience.

Cons: Many engineers vibe-code everything today and are awful at programming. This may depend on your org, but there is plenty of top-down encouragement to use AI.
