Process
I interviewed with CoreWeave in May for a Senior Software Engineer role.
The process consisted of 5 stages:
- Phone Screen
- Programming Challenge
- System Design
- Hiring Manager Call
- Call with the Director
The recruiter was clear about the whole process and told me what to expect, which helped with the preparation work.
Overall, the whole process was seamless and took about 3 weeks from start to finish. The interviews were fun and challenging.
Questions
Design a notification system and walk through the design steps based on the requirements. Concurrency programming challenge in Go.
