Very bad experience.
Recruiter kept missing the screening round and made me wait multiple times. Even though she held a senior post, this was highly unprofessional and a waste of my time.
In the end, she called me and kept asking about my current salary, even after I told her I couldn't share that due to privacy. She wasn't aware of things about her role itself and kept saying she was new, so she didn't know.
Total waste of time and disappointment.
Advice to the company: Change/upgrade your unprofessional recruiters.
