One of the best places you can be if you love education and technology. Small teams make it easy to move fast and make a big impact. The people are awesome and are very fun to work with. Flexible working hours.
The reorganization currently has a very unstable team environment, which makes it frustrating for other team members. A lot of good people have left lately, which is very concerning.
Make sure you hire great, qualified people when filling the roles that have opened up. Make sure you recognize and value your employees instead of trying to save every last penny.
