The company cares about its people, work-life balance, provides good benefit packages, and competitive salaries. It gives a lot of flexibility in every aspect.

Cons: I can’t think of something that’s worth mentioning.

Pros: Crowdstrike's platform functions at a scale that very few companies manage to reach. Therefore, there is a lot to learn in terms of cloud engineering. Here is where I've met the best engineers I've seen in my career so far. Unlike other companies in Romania, we have high-scale homegrown projects generating significant revenue. One of the things that impressed me is that even though the company's hiring rate is high, the culture stays the same. It's an important topic across the company even now. The office is now three times bigger compared to my joining date, and the quality of relationships stayed the same. They still have that friendly, casual energy to them. I have a healthy and honest relationship with my manager. The leaders of the company have a relentless attitude towards growth, quality, and scale.

Cons: Depending on the project, we sometimes need to work later in the day for synchronization purposes with the US teams.
