Great engineering culture, and the team is great, both in terms of colleagues and managers.
Everybody is quick to lend a hand if you need help, and I appreciate that the managers have a tech background.
The development process is very good, providing guidance but remaining very flexible. Also the tooling is very well built, the tech stack is nice and modern, and the scale at which it operates provides very interesting challenges. All in all, I don't see what else you could want, outside of winning the lottery and not working at all :)
Can't say I found cons.
The interview process was much longer than ones I had done for other positions at other companies. That said, it was a good opportunity to meet different members of the team I would be joining and helped make sure they were a good fit for me as much
The interview process is what you'd expect from other high-bar companies, like Amazon. It is overall lengthy and made of four independent interviews. Crowdstrike does not ask behavioral questions. * The first interview tested algorithms knowledge
I have no idea how an insulting interview is meant to help the Bucharest recruiter recruit new people. She must be in some sort of suffering. Maybe working too much at night, when I noticed she schedules the interviews, might be a problem. Get some
