This was a great place to work. You could speak your mind and actually change things.
Now the culture is heavy politics and "do as you're told." Middle management is heavy. When I started, I had 3 layers of middle management between our VP. When I left, I had 7. Very little career growth.
Recently, they cut 500 staff based on a spreadsheet, but claimed AI enhancements were replacing those positions. AI did not replace most of us.
The overall process was pretty straightforward and you should be used to it if you're in the tech industry. There were 4 interviews: * 2 focused on coding. I've heard from others they had different numbers.

Final round, very lengthy interview process. I don't like this company's interview process. It would be great if they responded to candidate feedback at least. Now, most company recruiters ghost candidates after their tech round.
