Toxic Work Environment
Most folks opt to leave their webcams off during meetings.
Extreme amounts of nepotism. Toxic and uncaring coworkers. Bullying and harassment. Incompetent and uncaring managers. Abysmal team culture. "Rockstar" employees encouraged. I brought up concerns over harassment and bullying by two of my immediate peers with management, and I was met with a response that I was supposed to "man up."
