I first talked to a recruiter who assessed my skills and history. Then, I met with the hiring manager, followed by the sales director.
I stopped the process there as I didn't like the sales director's smug attitude.
This was the question that made me not want to entertain the company any longer: "Tell me about Databricks' history, from open source to the current products, and how you would sell that to potential customers?"

He replied, "There was just an article in Magazine about us which answered all of those questions. I suggest you read that if you want to pursue a job here."
