I applied online. The process took 5 days.
Very strange experience. Applied and heard back from the HR representative and got an interview scheduled. First interview was with the hiring manager rather than HR. Out of the gate the hiring manager tells me he will most likely cut the interview short (scheduled for an hour, went only about 25 minutes). During my introduction, the hiring manager cuts me off and does not let me finish my experience. Then, later asks a few questions about my experience level that I was going to cover in my introduction. Manager later in the interview spends about 5 minutes talking wholly about a recent AI project he worked on, unprompted, rather than interviewing me. Ends the interview saying I should apply for junior roles within the company, despite having 5-7 years of experience. Very rude and honestly probably dodged a bullet.
