Solutions Architect Interview Experience

Process

The interview process took about 3-4 weeks, accounting for a tech assessment and a loop interview. The final interview was with a senior director.

You will be interacting with a few recruiters at Databricks. I had a pleasant experience with the first recruiter, but after my tech assessment, my second recruiter was not great.

I had to follow up multiple times for updates on following rounds. Even when I reached the last round of interviews, my interviewer never showed up. I waited 30 minutes and reached out to the recruiter, who didn't respond for 4 hours.

Finally, when the call was rescheduled and after the interview, the recruiter told me I would get updates by a specific day. Two weeks went by with no response, and I finally reached out to ask for a final update, being told I didn't get the offer.

Overall, meeting the team was great, but the recruitment process was frustrating.
