Pros: Excellent tech stack. A lot of opportunity to learn and exposition to all things data.
Cons: Sales are always pushing you to get more out of the accounts. Nobody cares if this is the best for the customer as long as sales meet their quota.
I've been in sales in many other places, but no place cares less about you and customers than here. It is all about the numbers.
I need to be fair: in some organizations, where things are verticalized by industry, you might have a different experience, I've heard.

Cons: - Field engineering is undervalued.
- Constant meetings.
- Constant focus on Salesforce updates.
