I can develop myself in the AI environment with my experience from consulting and from the automotive group. In my role, I can focus on my customers.
In parallel, I work on being close enough to the software and its possibilities, and am supported by Databricks in my own upskilling.
Databricks gives me the freedom and opportunities to do a great job here. At the same time, I have great colleagues around me from whom I can learn a lot. The salary is also great with all the extras.

I am happy with my managers. I get the necessary freedom, and if I have any questions, they help me immediately. I am also supported in my development and promotion. Everything is top!
