Pros

Good compensation if you joined over two years ago. Looks good on a resume. Extremely smart colleagues.

Cons

Negative working environment marked by favoritism, politics, and poor WLB.

Heavy top down structure that leads to lengthy bureaucratic decision-making.

Performance reviews are written by AI and therefore lack clarity and accuracy to provide meaningful and actionable feedback.

Vague and opaque product direction that confuses both customers and field teams.

Strongest performers are leaving or have left.

Lack of diversity with Black and Hispanic/Latino minorities in the U.S irrespective of gender.

Lack of appreciation.

Advice to Management

Stop using AI for performance reviews. Focus on external impact over internal projects. Bring back the culture of radical honesty instead of acquiescence.
