A very long interview process, with 5 interviews including an assignment.
In the first interview, I answered all the questions. Two weeks later, they still hadn't followed up, either positively or negatively. I sent an email with my declination to progress since they had dropped in communication and were not professional. An hour later, they sent a generic refusal message, which I found stupid, as they didn't even answer my email.
