I was contacted through a recruiting agency.

The interview process consisted of three steps:

• Step 1: A Skype interview and a quick code challenge over CollabEdit.
• Step 2: An in-office session, approximately four hours long, featuring two challenges (one code, one product design) and an interview with the CTO. Lunch was provided, which was a nice perk.
• Step 3: A take-home project, where I was tasked to build a simple data visualization app. A week later, I was invited back in and received an offer.

The entire process, from the first interview to being hired, took about four weeks.
