Process
Very disappointing. I was supposed to be the first person interviewed for the position, but at the last minute, the recruiter asked to reschedule for another day.
I followed the process as normal, but when I got to the final stage, they told me they had gone with someone who reached the last stage before me. If it weren't for the recruiter's disorganization, I would have gotten the job.
