Cons: Intransparent leadership, starting with hidden salary bands, continuing with top down decisions that have no room for any feedback or concerns, and finishing with absolutely no transparency when it comes to possible future plans with the company.
High employee churn rate with repeated attempts to downsize.
Company barely tries to keep its employees, let alone promote them.

Pros: Lots of pros: flexible working hours, home office for onsite positions possible, a great work environment, work-life balance, team reunions, plenty of room for personal growth and further career development, a modern tech stack, flat hierarchies, simple communication, a good salary, talented teams, and much, much more.
Cons: For some people, the company is changing too fast.
