The interviews themselves were engaging, and I really enjoyed speaking with the team—everyone was professional and thoughtful. That said, I was very disappointed by the lack of meaningful feedback after multiple requests. The rejection message I received was polite but generic, providing no insights into areas for improvement after several rounds of interviews. This absence of constructive feedback left a poor impression of the process and made the experience feel one-sided, especially given the time and preparation involved. Providing at least brief, actionable feedback would make a big difference in showing respect for candidates’ effort and engagement.
