Process
I applied as a Test Lead. First, I got an interview call from the recruiter. A person interviewed me telephonically and asked about planning, designing, risks and mitigations, and testing concepts.
After three days, I received a call to attend a face-to-face interview with the Manager. They checked my analysis, database knowledge, and automation testing framework design, and also asked me to write code.
Finally, after another three days, there was an HR round, and an offer was released.
