It's great working at Dell, both in terms of pay and flexibility, as well as trainings. There is always new technology to learn. In the past 5 years, I've been lucky to explore a lot of new skills with proper support.
Frequent change of managers.
Currently, as a team player, I have no clarity on the direction.
Dictate the direction clearly before re-structuring the team.
