Nothing much, but it would be a good place for time pass if you are planning to relax without seriousness in your job.
Almost all managers are from HCL and don’t have management experience. Managers and directors are only serious about personal ambition. There is nepotism in promotion and a lack of professionalism. Managers don’t even know how to talk and speak in half English, half Tamil.
Replace existing managers and directors holding key positions after Dell's accusations, without competence. Bring in a real, competent leader who can create a professional environment.
