Pros

They encourage remote working, which lets you plan your day. They have great benefits, and the salary is just fine, nothing spectacular but just fine.

Cons

They don't know exactly where to go. Dell Services' workforce in Mexico has been reduced drastically since they have moved practically everything to India. This is fine, but since we are in a different timezone with our main customers located in the US, we as a company can't provide the best customer service as we used to.

Advice to Management

Please try to use common sense while wanting to save money; you just can't compromise the quality of service.
