Good projects. Flexible work schedule. Immediate managers are generally good. Decent office cubes with some privacy (not an open-concept office).
Less growth prospect and moving internally is not very easy.
Pay and benefits are not up to the current market trend.
Align benefits and performance-based compensation with the current market to retain good talent.
Also, simple perks like free coffee or refreshments will pay for themselves with more productivity, so give it a try!
Technical interviews are simple, as the interviewers are 1970s programmers; they have never worked on new technologies. They do not take profiles directly or via referral; usually, it's through an agency that gets paid big money for placing candidate
The process is different for everyone. Most people only have behavioral interviews, which are very easy to pass. However, my interviewer was rapid-firing extremely hard technical questions, so be prepared for either.
Very easy interview. It was 2 hours long and consisted mostly of CS trivia and system design, along with "what-if" scenarios. Behavioral questions were typical. I did hear that it depends on the hiring managers you get, so be prepared to do LeetCode
