The process was solely written initially. The first written test was held a day before the interview. There were three interview rounds on the main interview day. Two technical rounds and one HR round. You would wait for your turn from 9 AM to 9 PM,

Had my first-round interview. I was asked soft skills questions such as "Tell me about yourself" and "Why Dell?" I was also asked to describe a time I had a problem in a team and how I resolved it.

The interview was conducted virtually via Zoom. I had a very helpful and insightful conversation with a current employee. They asked several good questions, including ones that interviewers typically don't, which I found very interesting.
