Process
The best process I've seen. I talked to more than 10 companies, and it was clear that DocuSign are much better than everyone else; their process is to the point, very respectful, feels like you're going to join a great team with very smart people. I was also very surprised by what they do and how they do it. I think it's one of the best places for a software engineer. The only reason I didn't take the offer is because I found some other exciting and unique opportunity; it was very hard for me to decide not to go to DocuSign.
