I applied through a recruiter. - A phone call from the recruiting team. - A scheduled Zoom interview (1 hour) where I had to tell about my background, and then there were two LeetCode-style questions.

I felt it was a waste of time. A DocuSign recruiter contacted me through LinkedIn and asked me to interview. I cleared the initial telephone round and was asked to give an 8-hour on-site interview. The interview went well; I even got an email saying

I had one group interview over lunch, followed by an informal tour of the office space (impressive!) and an informal interview with the group's director. I was a known entity to the group, as I had worked with many people in this organization earlie
