The recruiter I worked with did not know how to answer a question on DoorDash's diversity efforts. He pointed me to their careers page, which highlights some of their ERGs, instead of answering how active they are within the company.
I went through the phone screen and thought the interviewer was clearly intelligent and very nice. He was a great interviewer; I just wasn't prepared for that question.
