I scheduled a phone interview.
During the interview, I was asked a ridiculously hard problem (hard by LeetCode standards). I struggled through it.
The interviewer was not collaborative at all, remaining silent throughout the entire interview. I'm not sure what signal they were trying to gather, but I definitely got a signal about the company.
A few days later, the recruiter reached out saying they wouldn't move forward with the process.
