Pick up a lot of new technical stuff, and everyone treats you with respect.
I was told I was on track this whole time and I did get a "meet expectation" result at the end, like everyone else who gets a return offer. Both my lead and buddy are surprised about the result. Compared to the amount of work I have done with others, I can fairly say that my achievement is as good as theirs. Also, I still don't know what led to not hiring me, and which area I should specifically improve in the future.
There should be more transparency and consistency. I have been pretty autonomous the whole time and didn't really get very constructive feedback during this internship, which definitely caught me off guard at the end.
There is an OA and a 1-hour VO. The interviewer is nice. The VO is about discount assignment, and there are four tasks to implement. The interviewer cares about the time complexity, so coming up with an efficient solution is important.
The first step is an online coding test. The time is long enough, and the problem is not hard to complete. The second step is a technical interview. The interviewer is friendly, and the question is well-defined.
There is an OA given, probably creating an org chart. Then you get invited to an hour-long technical interview. No behavioral questions were asked; it was just one question with parts. I ran out of time, so I would say just be efficient with solving
