I had an on-site interview with the team, which went okay. Eventually, they decided not to move forward with an offer.

The meetings with team members were productive. However, what spoiled the experience was that no interview result or outcome was provided until I emailed the recruiter about it one week later. He then mentioned that there were some pros from the interview and he was going to check if any other teams were interested.

It has been three weeks, and there's been nothing but radio silence. I cannot emphasize how rude this treatment is, especially after an elongated period of engagement and the time sacrifice made for a full day on-site interview.
