It was a telephone interview lasting an hour. The questions were mainly on algorithms and were basically easy to answer. The interviewer was nice, but kind of tired. I guess it's because I was interviewing on an early Saturday morning. In the end, I didn't get the internship, but it was all my fault. My English is kind of poor.

Pros: I've been blown away by the people here and the amount of focus they have on bringing the best of the best into this amazing company culture. It's awesome that they emphasize making an impact and keeping their employees happy by continually challenging them and giving them so much awesome stuff to work on.
Cons: Since I've started at the company, I haven't left work before 7 at night, which isn't too late. It just makes me worry a little bit for how long I will start staying in the future when I get more ramped up.

Pros: I have had the privilege of working for one of the best companies out there. Even though I was initially skeptical about virtual onboarding, the way Dropbox has mastered the virtual-first work model has truly impressed me and serves as a shining example for other companies.
This impressive feat is all thanks to the clear thinking and leadership of Drew Houston, whose vision has led to the company's stability and continued growth even in these challenging times.
Cons: I can't think of any.

Pros: The perks are breathtaking, and coworkers are generally a great bunch.
Good location, great compensation.
Great sense of purpose as an employee.
Cons: Too heavy on the junior side; needs more senior engineers and leadership. There are a lot of very green employees just out of Ivy League schools who think they're hot stuff, when in reality they're just "ok".
