- Leadership is truly, without exaggerating, terrible. They simply do not know how to move forward or what they are doing.
- Career progression past mid-level is extremely team dependent and difficult.
- Lots of reorgs, general lack of stability, constant churning of leaders in key roles.
Dropbox had the best culture I've ever experienced working at any company. It's sad to see how much you have eroded it over the last few years.
