The interview process consisted of 4 to 5 rounds.
Filtering Round (Round 1) - No Negatives:
30 candidates were shortlisted.
Round 2: Short Technical Round: Resume-based questions were asked, including DB questions and an explanation of ACID with real-life examples. Random questions about trending technologies like MongoDB and NoSQL were also posed.
12 candidates were shortlisted.
Round 3: Pure Technical: There were three panels, and questions could come from any area, as it was all mixed. Sound knowledge in Data Structures, Java, OOPs, and DB is essential to crack this round. Puzzles were asked in the middle. The standard of questions was very good.
