Popular company, reaching millions of users.
Too much politics. The technology group has very poor leadership (VP levels) that mainly focuses on politics and takes care of their yes men.
Tech is old.
New processes in shopping experience can take 2-3 years instead of several weeks.
Change CPT leadership fast before it's too late.
