All interviews were on-site. There were 4 rounds, and each round was an elimination round.
They checked communication and writing skills in the first two rounds. The following round was a face-to-face technical interview. The final round was one-on-one with the HR Manager.

No experience, training required.
The job is fun, and even a 12th graduate can do it.
Healthy environment.
Cons: No matter how talented you are, you have to do that same job with pennies as your salary.
Wastage of talent.
No opportunities for the future. Total suck unless you are a guy with backs. Failure, never join this firm.

Pros: Great atmosphere and excellent employees. Great pay for the work you're given, and very reasonable expectations for your projects.
Cons: Not many, but it is repetitive work. So, if you're a person that needs to be entertained constantly, I wouldn't recommend this to you.
