Pros: - Good and productive atmosphere.
- Nice, welcoming, and supportive coworkers.
- Comfortable and central office.
Cons: - No 10% or 20% rule deployed, to allow work outside of main responsibilities.
- Limited time contracts are the rule.

Pros: - Excellent building facilities.
- The people who work there are some of the smartest and brightest in the world.
Cons: - The executive team builds games based on "where the money is now." By the time the product ships, the money may not be there, often leading to poor sales.
- You must vocalize your dissatisfaction, otherwise the organization will not play an active role in promoting your career.
- There is very little upside for the next few years. The organization does not learn from past mistakes.
