- Great talent at the lower level.
- Latest and greatest of the technologies.
- CXO leadership is good.
- Too political an environment.
- Not a great place if you want to grow up the chain.
- Decisions are consensus driven.
- Make the leadership at lower levels accountable and support them.
- Decisions should be made at the speed of thought.
- Remember, employees are your IP. Treat them like that.
