A lovely place to work at if you're permanent
- Very nice facilities.
- People are nice, and there are always new people getting hired.
- Very laid-back environment.
- If you're on a contract, you probably won't be made permanent, unless they really need your language skills or if you know anyone in management.
- They value sociability and connections above actual knowledge and effort.
- There's no opportunity whatsoever to rise on the corporate ladder, even for permanents.
I understand you can only hire employees when you have work or projects for them to do, but please do value knowledge and commitment, rather than connections, when you have to hire permanent workers.
