Pros: - Very nice facilities.
- People are nice, and there are always new people getting hired.
- Very laid-back environment.
Cons: - If you're on a contract, you probably won't be made permanent, unless they really need your language skills or if you know anyone in management.
- They value sociability and connections above actual knowledge and effort.
- There's no opportunity whatsoever to rise on the corporate ladder, even for permanents.
