Nice place to get some experience in QA, but if you want a career, find something else
- Fun projects.
- People help each other.
- Focus Day (one day per quarter that you can take to focus on yourself).
- No layoffs that I'm aware of.
- Fully remote work (so far).
- Low salary.
- Even if you are praised as a good employee that deserves to be promoted, there are almost zero chances for promotion.
- It gets frustrating when you see people on the same position as you, that got there because of nepotism, have the same salary as you.
- There is no salary increase.
- You are stuck on contractor roles.
Remember how you were as a Tester I. Think about what you would have actually wanted management to do for you, and do that. At least in compliance and certification, get rid of the contractor roles and make them RFTs.
