Good technology to learn, but no time to learn. Flexible timings. Fun in gaming. Friendly culture.
Stupid, knowledgeless leads, working on weekends. Worst South-North politics. If you want career growth, the only way is buttering up your lead and manager. Stupid, sugar-coated HR policies. Heavy workloads. Selfish managers. Telugu leads are really worthless. My game plan is almost nonsense.
Please concentrate on employee welfare and provide career growth opportunities.
Recruit more techies in deployment so that they can help technically to peers, not just manage Excel sheets. Pay at least better salaries for QA guys.
