Pros

It is quite easy to move up the ranks and get a lot of experience quickly because of the short production cycles.

Overall, the procedure for creating the products is extremely refined.

Cons

Working on the same products over and over. Producers try to steer the project in odd directions. Plagued by scrounging for innovation.

Advice to Management

The management would definitely benefit from letting the engineers help work on the creative side, as some designs seem to be completely off-base technologically.
