The benefits are fantastic, and the people that work there are some of the best and most supportive people that I've ever worked with.
At the business level, they don't really know the employees, which admittedly is hard in such a large company. This makes the layoffs extra painful when it's done by a faceless entity. Though the separation package is fair, and there are resources to try and help you.
