Very fun group (QA mostly), but draconic management and leadership
- Great atmosphere and workgroup (mostly QA, but okay at Dev also) – this was the case then, but now, I don't really know.
- Good company to start your career at.
- Party at the end of each project – again, this was the case then...
- Incompetent leaders that fear anyone that has a brain and thus try to put these guys out ASAP.
- No promotions, unless you're friends with bosses (or in very rare cases if you can convince management that you actually are that good - I know only 2 cases).
- The blame for bad things goes to people that had no part in the process that failed. Ex. The Dev/QA porting team is disbanded for the failure of the Studio/Creative team.
Take an infinite vacation and let guys that think run the show.
